Mushroom Gravy

  • 2 Tlb Butter
  • Chopped Mushrooms – Portabella Mushrooms work well, but you can use regular fresh ones
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/4 Cup of Milk or Water


Saute butter and mushrooms in a frying pan on medium heat. Save a few mushrooms and instead of chopping them up, slice them and fry them as a slice. These can be used as a garnish. Add can of Cream Of Mushroom Soup and 1/4 Cup of Milk or Water. Stir slowly.
