- 1 – 1 gallon plastic storage bag
- 1/2 C Light Olive Oil
- 1/4 C Vinegar or Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
Add all ingredients in the gallon bag. Add meat either chicken or steak. Zip the bag shut and mix the marinade up and all over the meat. Refrigerate for at least an hour. I take the bag every so often and move the meat around to completely coat the meat with marinade.
Grill however you prefer to grill the choice of meat. I made 4 chicken thighs here. I cooked them on high on my grill for about 1/2 and hour. Every grill is different so make sure to cook until the juices turn clear and the meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
The Salad consists of organic salad greens, tomatoes, zucchini, yellow squash, bacon bits and “shaker cheese”. You know the kind in a plastic bottle. not parm cheese with the green lid, go to the cheese section and liik for the bottle with the black lid – MUCH better. And we topped it with ranch dressing.
