I love this Walkerswood Jamaican Jerk Seasoning, I normally don’t recommend a brand, but this is amazing! I bought it at a specialty store, but it can also be found on Amazon. I use the Mild version. If you like more heat that is also available.
I take a gallon sealable bag. Add 2 Tlb Jerk Sauce, add chicken wings, seal bag. Squish around until it is evenly coated. Marinate for at least an hour. Cook on grill or under broiler in oven. If you use broiler coat broiler pan with non-stick spray. Place the oven rack on the second slot down from the top. Broil on each side for 10 minutes.
