  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Homemade spaghetti sauce recipe (or jar of tomato sauce)
  • 1 package of penne pasta (or other pasta of your choice)
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Package of Chicken Thighs


I like to use my homemade spaghetti sauce in this recipe. However you can easily use a jar of spaghetti sauce of your choice. I like using chicken thighs with skin and bones.

Fry the chicken in the frying pan with 2 TLB olive oil. Fry until brown on each side.
Place the chicken in a sauce pan with the sauce. Let it cook on medium to medium low for 1/2 an hour until the chicken is cooked through and the thermometer reads 160 degrees.
While that cooks, make the pasta you prefer according to the package directions.
Drain the pasta and place on the plate. Take the chicken and put it on top of the pasta.
Spoon the sauce on top of the chicken. Sprinkle cheese on top.
