Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp Soft Butter
  • 2 1/2 cups Milk
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard (or wet if u don’t have any)
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 3 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 cups Macaroni – Cooked

Directions:

Make 4 Cups Dry Macaroni according to package directions, drain. In a separate bowl mix together – butter, milk, salt, mustard, pepper and cheese. Mix together evenly. Add macaroni, mix well. Pour into greased 11×9 baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. As an option you can use my Homemade Crouton recipe for the topping.
