Ready for the best homemade wings you will ever have? These wings are a must have for any sports fan. Something different from the mild or the honey BBQ you are used to having. We like to serve this with Velveeta Shells and Cheese for a quick dinner. Or pair it with celery and bleu cheese for a healthier option.
- 1/8 Cup Vinegar
- 1 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 Tlb Dried Onions
- 1/4 Cup Light Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Peppers
- 1/2 tsp Dried Ginger
Add all ingredients to a gallon zip lock bag. Add chicken wings. I like the “wingettes” where the wings are cut apart not whole. If you can’t find them you can cut the wings apart yourself. Mix it well all over the wings. Put in fridge for at least an hour. However a few hours is better.
Put the wings on a hot grill on high, or under the broiler in your oven. If you use the broiler, use a broiler pan for the wings. I put the rack in the oven on the second level down from the top. 10 minutes on each side.
